The Solution

The Civilization Viability Index will act as the Single Value Equivalent and form the foundation for the new Viability Assurance Currency (VAC). A Reserve Fund will provide adequate resources to tackle global social and environmental challenges.

The Viability INDEX is calculated based on weighted average values of the influence factors. It is immune to market influences. This is the basis of the Single Value Equivalent.

VAC

The Viability Assurance Currency is the world's first government-backed cryptocurrency, serving not just as a means of payment but as a 'VACcine' against global economic chaos.

What will be done?

The assets of the Factors of Influence on the Viability of Civilization are registered in the Open Registries and Exchange Indices are created.

A Vitality Index will be established that is immune to speculative influences and will function as a Single Value Equivalent.

A cryptocurrency payment system will be established and implemented, with subsequent distribution among the owners of the Influence Factors' assets.

A new algorithm for decentralized transaction accounting will be launched. This will include monitoring compliance with the Regulation on the circulation of exchange assets, as well as an AML analyzer.

An E-Commerce Portal called the Common Financial Space is set to be established to streamline trading and investment activities across various platforms, featuring new indices and a currency designed to ensure viability assurance.
